On the day of your program, our Event Managers take the lead, orchestrating service and logistics so your meeting or conference runs flawlessly.

Our Event Services Managers guide you through planning, offering recommendations and anticipating details long before the big day. When your event arrives, our Event Managers step in to run the show—directing staff, keeping service perfectly timed, and ensuring your program unfolds without interruption.

Pier Sixty

Up to 1,200 guests. New York City’s largest waterfront venue, offering unmatched scale for major conferences, trade shows, and multi-track tech summits. Private suites, an outdoor veranda, and fully customizable layouts ensure a flawless experience.

The Lighthouse

Up to 400 guests. Inspiring and flexible, with panoramic Hudson River and Statue of Liberty views. Ideal for high-impact town halls, product showcases, or mid-size client events, offering private suites, and an outdoor veranda ideal for coffee breaks or post meeting receptions.

Up to 300 guests for a conference. Modern and light-filled, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a riverfront veranda, a private suite and LED ceiling clouds that customize the experience —perfect for tech launches, investor updates, or dynamic training sessions.
